1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (along with our Privacy Policy) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“User” or “You”) and VlogCam Creator Team (“we”, “us”, or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the VlogCam: AI Creator Camera application and associated services on https://vlogcam.kavvos.com.

By downloading, installing, or utilizing the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard Apple EULA”). If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the application.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Ownership

2.1 Your User Generated Content

We firmly believe in supporting independent creators. You retain complete and unencumbered intellectual property rights, copyright, and ownership of all video recordings, sound tracks, still photos, teleprompter scripts, and media files created using VlogCam. We do not claim any ownership, title, or interest in your content.

2.2 Application Intellectual Property

All application code, proprietary Metal 3 shader algorithms, 3D LUT color grading profiles, graphic interfaces, icons, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of VlogCam and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

3. VlogCam Pro Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

VlogCam provides full access to all camera, audio, and recording capabilities for all users, with optional premium subscription and lifetime tiers (“VlogCam Pro”) providing 100% watermark-free exports, hardware-accelerated instant saving to Photos, and dedicated VIP support.

3.1 Billing, Pricing & Auto-Renewal

• Payment Processing: Payment is charged directly to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or annually).
• Renewal Charges: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current period at the rate established for your chosen plan.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

3.2 How to Cancel Your Subscription

You have complete control over your subscription. You can easily manage or cancel your auto-renewal at any time by following these steps on your iOS device:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID profile name at the very top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select VlogCam from your active subscriptions list.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) and confirm.

If cancelled, your Pro privileges remain active until the end of the current billing period. In accordance with Apple policies, payments are non-refundable except as provided by Apple Support or mandatory local laws.

4. Pro Commercial License

Subscribers to VlogCam Pro (including active trials and lifetime license holders) are granted an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to utilize all color grading LUTs, filters, and rendering engines for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• Monetized social media broadcasts (YouTube Partner Program, TikTok Creator Rewards, Instagram Reels, Bilibili, etc.).
• Commercial advertisements, brand sponsorships, and paid promotional reels.
• Independent films, music videos, educational masterclasses, and corporate media productions.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using VlogCam, you agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:

• Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code or proprietary color matrices of the application.
• Extracting, repackaging, or redistributing proprietary 3D LUT files or software assets as standalone digital goods.
• Using the application to capture or record individuals without their knowledge or lawful consent where required by law.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or tamper with StoreKit subscription verification mechanisms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VlogCam is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that video capture will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all third-party external accessories.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall VlogCam, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of data, corrupted footage, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the application.

8. Governing Law & Apple Terms Integration

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the operating team resides, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. You also acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the application following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
